Refund policy

Spinal Armor offers a 15-day return policy, If you're not satisfied with your Back Support System, return it to us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, minus $17.95 postage.

To start a return, contact us at spinalarmor@exogear.co. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can make it right.


Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item, or if we shipped the wrong item, contact us at spinalarmor@exogear.co to begin the exchange process. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and a refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please allow sufficient time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
